  • Software Upgrade - from time to time, new releases of both operating and application software will become available. Our software specialists will advise clients on upgrade requirements and where desired, perform the physical upgrade.

  • Contract Maintenance – SSR Tech offers and advocates both software and hardware maintenance contract support of your systems. Contract customers receive priority service and also receive favourable rates for services outside of the contract.

  • Staging - Staging systems prior to installation minimises disruption and down-time for our clients. Staging includes, ordering equipment and software, assembling systems, loading operating system and application software, testing and shipping to the customer site.

  • Site Inspection - Technical specialists advise customers on the technical specifications, electrical power, networking, security and other requirements to ensure your new system operations at its optimal performance.

  • Installation – SSR Tech specialists travel to the customer's site to perform the physical installation, commissioning and testing of the system, prior to handing the fully operational system over to the customer.
